Professional Support Consulting

How it works

I’ve been through the entire process that we talk about on this website. I’ll sit down with you and explain it step by step before you reach out or meet with anyone else. What I offer is orientation: what each stage is actually like, what to expect, what to bring, and the parts that nobody tells you.

I don’t give legal or medical advice, evaluate anyone, or represent anyone before a board, and I can’t tell you what to do. What I can do is tell you what goes on behind the scenes, from experience, and what worked for me and for others. You decide.

“I’m just offering to educate them about the process they’re getting themselves into. What’s behind doors number 1, 2 and 3. Opening the door or not is a choice they have to make.”

Paid work uses a short written consulting agreement. The names above are what you will see on that agreement as The Walkthrough, The Passage, and Monitoring Retainer.

One person of your choosing is included in the monthly arrangements at no extra cost. A spouse, a parent, whoever is helping you get through this. They can ask me their own questions.

Hardship arrangements exist. Asking costs nothing.

Fees for time already used are not refundable. Monthly support is billed in advance. Details are in the consulting agreement you receive before paid work starts.

Only the message is required. You don’t have to give your real name on the first call.
